# Bioinformatics Consulting Services for the HSCI Community

July 24, 2017

The [HSCI Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics](http://stemcellcommons.org/) helps HSCI researchers store, interpret, and integrate complex high dimensional stem cell data. It has supported over 400 projects across the Harvard community, many of which developed into funded collaborations. The [consulting core](http://bioinformatics.sph.harvard.edu/) can provide grant support and guidance on study design and analysis of high-throughput data, and offers expertise in **RNA-seq, miR-Seq, ChIP-seq, variant calling, and RRBS** analysis.

Services are provided at a subsidized rate for HSCI-affiliated labs.

Contact them today at <bioinformatics@hsph.harvard.edu> to setup a free initial consultation to discuss how your work might benefit from a bioinformatics consult.
