2015 PQG (Program in Quantitative Genomics) Conference | Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health

Visit the [event webpage](http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/2015-pqg-conference/) for full details. [Registration is required](http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/2015-pqg-conference/register/), with special rates for early registration before Sept. 25, 2015.

The [Program in Quantitative Genomics](http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/pqg/) will host its 9th conference, “*Single-cell Genomics: Technology, Analysis, and Applications*” on November 5-6, 2015 at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.

Single-cell genomics is an exciting new field with many biological and medical applications. The ability to quantify genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic information at the single-cell resolution has provided great potential for systematic characterization of the cellular heterogeneity associated with developmental and environmental perturbations and diseases. In this conference, we will bring together a diverse group of scientists to discuss the state-of-art of single-cell genomics and its applications to biomedical research and public health. The conference will be centered on the following three topics:

**SESSION I:** Emerging technologies for genome-scale single-cell analysis
**SESSION II:** Computational methods for analyzing single-cell genomic data
**SESSION III**: Applications of single-cell technologies in human health and diseases

The conference schedule includes time for scientific presentations and a poster session and reception for submitted abstracts.

**Three abstracts will be selected for Stellar Abstract Awards and to be presented as 15-minute platform talks. Each of these speakers will receive an award of up to $500 for travel assistance or other conference expenses.**
