This 8-day in-depth course will instruct participants on the theoretical and practical concepts related to Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, with a focus on RNA-Seq. The course is designed to enable participants to perform these analyses independently.
Topics include:
• Unix & High-Performance Computing
• RNA-Seq data analysis
• Statistical analysis using R
• Functional analysis
Prior sequence analysis, or command line experience are not required.
