Workshop of the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core - sponsored by the Harvard Stem Cell Institute

**Workshop description:**  
This 2-day hands-on workshop will instruct participants on how to efficiently manage and analyze data using the command line interface and high-performance computing (HPC). All the hands-on activities will be performed in the context of an RNA-Seq workflow  
   
**Cost:** $75 per participant (non-refundable)
