 Program of the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core

 **Workshop Description:**  
This 2-day hands-on workshop will instruct participants on how to efficiently manage and analyze data using the command line interface and high-performance computing (HPC), with a focus on the RNA-seq workflow.

 During this workshop participants will get an introduction to:

- *UNIX/Linux*
- *RNA-seq data analysis workflow*
- *Orchestra compute cluster (HMS-RC)*

 *No prior programming experience or command line training is necessary to attend this workshop.*
