Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics

Program Leader: Winston Hide, PhD

The HSCI Center for Stem Cell Bioinformatics was created to address the requirement for capacity to store, interpret, and integrate complex high dimensional stem cell data. It consists of a data repository and a tightly integrated analytical engine, supported by a services and consulting group available to support the management and analysis of high-throughput data, to consult on study designs and to provide training for the data analysis platform and repository.

Project Managers:
Core services: Oliver Hofmann, PhD,  (HSPH) - ohofmann@hsph.harvard.edu
Analytics: Shannan Ho Sui, PhD, (HSPH) – shosui@hsph.harvard.edu
