The organizers of the Congress are the Collaborative Research Center 655 "Cells into Tissues" and the newly-founded DFG-Research Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden (CRTD).
The organizing committee includes Gerhard Ehninger (SFB 655), Michael Brand (CRTD), Wieland Huttner (MPI-CBG) and Gerd Kempermann (CRTD).
