The Division of Hematology/Oncology at Children's Hospital Boston is looking for an experienced (more than 2 years) operator to manage a Flow Cytometry Facility.  The facility currently has one 3-laser FACSAria cell sorter and will also soon have a 4-laser LSR-II.  This is a multi-user facility used by research scientists in the fields of cell and molecular biology, immunology and Stem cell biology.  Examples of this work can be found in Nature. 2006 Aug 17;442(7104):818-22, and Cell. 2006 Dec 15;127(6):1137-50. The successful candidate will perform cell sorting, provide training courses, maintain instruments, and the flow cytometry facility budget.
