LEAPTM
Automated High-Fidelity In Situ Cell Purification

The unique In Situ Cell Purification process of the LEAPTM technology enables non disruptive rapid generation of pure live cell populations from very small cell samples based on functional or cell marker based characteristics.
•    Precise rare cell detection
•    Closed-system microplate-based analysis
•    Purification of cells from complex cultures
•     in situ purification of adherent and non-adherent cell populations including primary cells, rare cells, and stem cells
•    High-secretor biopharmaceutical cell line development
•    Multi-color fluorescence or label-free brightfield modes

Automated Stem Cell Culture Management

Stem Cell Manager is a rapid, automated process that performs physical passaging of stem cells using optical (laser) manipulation instead of a mechanical device for large scale production of stem cell cultures.
The Stem Cell Manager, powered by the LEAPTM platform, enables:

•    Physical passage of ES and iPS cells – No enzymes
•    Reproducible, consistent stem cell cultures
•    Selective transfer of undifferentiated stem cell colonies
•    Generation of stem cell colonies with defined size
•    Generation of more uniform embryoid bodies
•    High throughput and automatable
